Growing up in a reality TV family, Orchid Rock refused to be part of the show, and thus avoided the drama that went with the pay check. Or so she thought.
Now as an adult, American author living in Ireland, Orchid, has escaped her family's highly public and highly lucrative careers in the US. On the other side of the world, Orchid has created her own life and career and identity and doesn't like the two parts of her life to mix. Until her parents hire ex-soldier turned security guard Max, to protect Orchid after extensive threats to the family are made.
Navigating this intrusion into her home and anxiety driven career, pushes Orchid to accept the American part of her life and family fully, while dodging a threat from the US that might just be hitting closer to home than she realises.
